Flowers and more flowers!
I didn't realize how much signing up for the Vermont Flower Show would inspire to me really explore what I could do with flowers. Some are more challenging than others but I thoroughly enjoyed the process.

These sweet ornaments and smaller vases are now regular items. I have a selection of mini ornaments size 1 1/4" square and 3" squares as well. The flat glass is all recycled, mostly from old windows. Brian cuts the glass and I solder the frames.
Moths and Butterflies
Hand Engraved Moths
A friend of mine asked if I could engrave butterflies or moths in a frame similar to the way I present ferns. I started researching both and collecting reference photos directly since I don't know much about either. In the course of a couple days I completed near 10! I am completely obsessed and thrilled to say these beauties will be a regular feature in my traveling side show.
These two pictured are the moths my friend chose. I currently have a nice mix of butterflies and moths both. All of them are in dark frames shadowbox style. To me, they look like old school pinned displays which is exactly what I wanted.
